Welcome to BOPAS Talent Agency. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our talent representation services.

1. Agreement

By using our website, submitting an application, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We provide talent representation services including:

• Promoting talent to casting directors, producers, and clients
• Facilitating auditions and casting opportunities
• Career advice and industry guidance
• Contract negotiation support (where applicable)

3. Talent Obligations

As a talent on our roster, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Notify us promptly of any changes in availability or personal details
• Attend auditions and bookings we arrange for you
• Maintain a professional standard of conduct
• Grant us permission to promote and distribute your images, videos, and profile information

4. Commission and Fees

We charge a standard commission of 20% (plus GST) on all gross earnings from work secured through our agency. This commission is payable on all confirmed bookings. Late payments may incur interest.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your images and content, but grant us a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and promote your portfolio for the purpose of securing work for you.

6. Liability

We will use reasonable efforts to promote you and secure opportunities. However, we cannot guarantee work or specific outcomes. We are not liable for any loss of earnings, missed opportunities, or damages arising from our services, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or act unprofessionally.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
